Specializing in organic artisan breads, sourdough viennoisserie.
We are small production bakery of quality products for the industry based in balmain. 3 km from the city centre.
This job allows scope to work in different parts of the business rather than being a cog in a wheel.
You will be an experienced trade qualified baker.
You will have at least 6 years bakery experience.
Be able to work evening shifts.
Start 17.00 till midnight. Occassionally working till 2 am.
You will have the ability to get to and from work.
Mondays off and one other day.
Be able to work on weekends.
38-45 hour week
Sourdough experience essential.
Hand moulding experience essential.
You would be the had baker with an assistant baker and a pastry chef.
Pay hourly based on experience.
Sponsorship available after a three month trial period.
