voila le pot qui part avecmoi a reçu ça au lieu de recevoir le mail qui confirme que vous etes accepté :

then you will need to complete your health requirements.

website at https://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/inquiry/query/query.do?action=eVisa
Enter the requested details in the Query Application Status page. The next
page will give you instructions about how you can proceed with your health
examination.
To ensure streamlined processing of your visa application, you are
requested to provide this information within 7 days. (Note: Under the
Migration Regulations a visa applicant must respond to an email request for
information within 28 days. If the requested information is outstanding
after this date, a decision may be made on the visa application based on
the information currently held by the Department) or you may be requested
to attend the nearest Australian Government office overseas.
Please note that if a client intentionally or unintentionally provides
incorrect information as part of their application, there may be grounds
for cancellation of the applicant’s visa.
Working holiday visa applicants must be outside Australia when they apply
and at the time a decision is made on their application.
