we are looking for two pesons rfor a huge double room in our shared house.
The room is fully furnished, very comfortable, bright and spacious and it has its own balcony, own shower and air conditioner.
160 $ per week, 4 weeks bond, bills included: electricity, gas, water, internet (the fastest in Australia) and the phone (only for receiving calls).
We are situated in Chalmers Street, 10 min walking to the city centre. and 5 minutes to Central Station This is a nice quiet area, very closed to the Coles supermarket and restaurants.
The house is a modern 5-bedroom house, with two bathrooms, big kitchen, laundry room and back yard with barbeque area. If you ll see you ll love it, this is a really beautiful place to live.
At the moment we are 4 European guys, one is a student and the others are workers, 24, 24, 25 and 27 years old. The climate is very relaxed; we are clean and respectful but willing to have fun.
