    Profil:

    Reliable, lively, and adaptable with a background in French catering, I would like to work in Australia to diversify and improve my cook abilities as well as my English skills.

    I want to uncover new style of cooking and organization.

    I’m in Sydney for 4 month minimum.

    Work experience:

    2008 – 2009: Receptionist during 8 months and housekeeper during 4 months for the « Cercle National des Armées » Officer’s military club in Paris. (hotel@cnaparis.com)

    2006 – 2007 : Event Catering Organiser for « Elior » in an exhibition centre of Paris « Parc des Expositions de la porte de Versailles ». (veronique.saint-etienne@elior.com)

    2004 – 2006 : Line cook (Chef de partie) at the « Sofitel porte de Sevres» hotel in Paris, the one in front of the Heliport of Paris, One Michelin star.

    2003 – 2004 : Waiter in the « Warwick Champs Elysées Hotel » in Paris for the « W » restaurant – one Michelin star.

    2002 – 2003 : Commis at the « LENOTRE » catering service & catering store in Paris.

    2000 – 2002 : Commis at the « Hotel LUTETIA » in Paris, for the « Paris » restaurant one Michelin star. I learned my passion with Philippe RENARD who has been a star Michelin chief since 1996.

    Between 2009 and 2010, several temporary jobs as ‘Chef de partie’ (line cook) in different hotels in Paris:
    “Hotel Bristol” ; “Grand Hotel Intercontinental” ; “Hotel Prince de Galles Champs Elysées”

    Qualification :

    All my studies have been done at the French Hostelry School: CFA Médéric, Paris.

    • 2007 – 2009 : Equivalent to a 2-years vocational diploma with apprenticeship in Hospitality and Catering ( BTS ‘Hotellerie Restauration’)

    • 2006 – 2007 : 1 year diploma with apprenticeship in ‘event catering’ ( French ‘Mention Complémentaire Organisateur de Receptions’)

    • 2004 – 2006: Professional A-Level Grade with apprenticeship in catering and gastronomic restaurant (‘French Baccalauréat Hotellerie Restauration’)

    • 2003 – 2004 : 1 year diploma with apprenticeship of waiter (French BEP)

    • 2002 – 2003 : 1 year diploma with apprenticeship in catering ( French ‘Mention Complémentaire Traiteur’)

    • 2000 – 2002: 2 years diploma with apprenticeship in cooking (French CAP)

    Language skills :

     Native French.
     Intermediate level in written and spoken English and Spanish

    Interests:

    Sport: ski, dive.

    Enjoy: music, concerts, cinema, and travels.

    Quality: greedy

    Trip: I had travel in China, Japan, Spain, Italia, Bulgaria, Belgium, Holland, United Kingdom and USA.
