Reliable, lively, and adaptable with a background in French catering, I would like to work in Australia to diversify and improve my cook abilities as well as my English skills.

2004 – 2006 : Line cook (Chef de partie) at the « Sofitel porte de Sevres» hotel in Paris, the one in front of the Heliport of Paris, One Michelin star.
2003 – 2004 : Waiter in the « Warwick Champs Elysées Hotel » in Paris for the « W » restaurant – one Michelin star.
2002 – 2003 : Commis at the « LENOTRE » catering service & catering store in Paris.
2000 – 2002 : Commis at the « Hotel LUTETIA » in Paris, for the « Paris » restaurant one Michelin star. I learned my passion with Philippe RENARD who has been a star Michelin chief since 1996.
