In light of your qualifications, you will first need to complete your Masters in IT for 2 years on your student visa before being able to apply for skilled migration (if you satisfy all the other requirements of age, English language etc and are able to achieve the required pass mark).

Internships can be a bit problematic as it may not be regarded as Skilled work experience but more like « on the job training ».

If you apply for SIR off shore then you need to have at least 2 years of work experience in the 3 years prior to applying for the visa.
