Bonjour;

Je suis une jeune marocaine de 24 et je voudrais m’installer en australie avec mon copain qui est français.existe-il des demarches d’immigration comme pour le canada.est ce que le fait que je suis de nationalité marocaine me portrai prejudice car j’ai lu qu’en australie il y a aussi une forme de racisime que je ne comprend pas car moi personellement j’ai toutes mes etudes en français et mes principes et modes de vie sont ceux de l’occident bien que je vis au maroc depuis ma naissance.
durant differents voyages à l’etranger je ne me suis jamais senti depayser et egalement en france ou je me suis toujours senti plus chez moi qu’au Maroc.
y’aurait-il quelqu’un qui pourrait me répondre à ces questions peut etre qui a été dans la meme situation que moi ou qui connait quelqu’un dans la meme situation.
Avec mon coapin on voudrait s’eloigner des contraintes de la société musulmane qui sont vraiment pas facile pour un jeune couple mixte et meme pour une jeune fille moderne habitant dans ce pays.

I understand you want to immigrate to Canada and I’m not an expert of the law in Canada so I can’t comment on that.

What I can say is that Australia doesn’t discriminate people and if you wanted to immigrate to Australia based on your relationship with your Australian partner that would have been possible if you satisfied the requirements to do so and if you could show enough evidence of your relationship.

There have been previous posts in relation to the Australian spouse visa for you to have an idea of the required evidence.

Angelina, sorry about that, I understand your partner is French so a spouse visa is not available for you – there are other options for immigrating to Australia through skilled migration for example – for that we will need to check your and partner’s qualifications and work experience.
