Short term – A month in Coogee with a fantastic ocean view!

Hi there!
I’m going away for 3 to 4 weeks and i’ve get a room to offer in a building right on coogee beach!
Its a modern top floor flat with a great living and a massive ocean view – share with 2 other easygoing guys who won’t be there that much 4 xmas.. so you’ll sometimes have the whole flat 4 yourself!
So room is pretty small – so is the rent! – but convenient and furnished.
I planned to be away from the 28th december to the 24th january.
